Full-time employment is not guaranteed and the recruiting is based on a number of factors like:
the performance of the student;
the number of open seats available based on the student's choice and desired position;
the willingness of the student to continue working together with the Trimble family.
The interns have flexible work hours with the opportunity of setting their own schedule. The only requirement is having to work for 20 hours per week in the time frame 7 AM – 10 PM (Monday - Friday).
If you have an important thing to solve, we are quite flexible and work with you to accommodate. We strongly suggest you to notify your Team Leader for any unexpected situation
There are a large amount of activities organized or facilitated by the company. For example, access to the game room (Ping Pong, PS4, Fussball, board games and others), Happy Hour and Happy lunch (every month the company offers a free meal or free dessert for all the employees on a day chosen by them), other workshops and holiday activities.
You will be paid on the monthly payroll, usually running on the first days of the month. This will be discussed in your first week.
You will receive an access card during your first week of the program. It’s your responsibility to use it every time you enter or leave the building.
