In my second year of my bachelor's degree I was very eager to find an environment where I could learn and apply my knowledge in real-world scenarios with experienced people around to learn from.

One day, I randomly came across an opportunity for an internship at Trimble on LinkedIn. I applied, and before I realized it, an email arrived inviting me to attend an interview. Many emotions and a successful interview later, I got myself accepted for the internship.

At first, I was really nervous about how things would go because everything was new to me, but every gram of nervousness disappeared the moment I met my first coach, Andrei Coconasu. From the very beginning, I was taught not just the technologies themselves, but also how to really think and do things in this field. And not just by the coach, the entire team was there, helping and teaching me. And this applies also to the other three teams I got to work with.

The rotation system within the internship brings great value because you get to work with different people, see different mindsets, and workstyles, you learn how to adapt, and so much more.

TrimbleXperience built a strong foundation for me, offering a lot of valuable knowledge and lessons, and gave me more confidence in myself.

One piece of advice for future interns, don't let the fear of change hold you back. One small decision can really change the course of your life.
